Cancun Mexican Restaurant in Waterville

Best Mexican food ever ! I have been there dozens of times and have never had a complaint about anyting. I always want to try something different off the menu but I always settle for the El combo and it is well worth it.

As always, the food was great. We love sitting outside and enjoying our meals and a cold draft Dos Equis Amber. They make some of the best roast pork that goes into the Carnitas Dinner and the Burrito Roqueta. Yummm.

Unfortunately I did not have a great experience at this restaurant. The food was okay, the drinks were fine. It's just after I had finished eating there I threw up, all night. I think that this was related to your chicken wings at the bar, unfortunately it was pretty bad. I personally think that it was the food, even though I cant prove it. But other than that the restaurant was kinda your average OK type of Mexican food place. It's a very party-ish environment. Last time I went the bar was very rowdy and a bit loud. In my opinion I do not think that it is super suitable for people who want a quiet and nice meal with there family. But other than that, it's a place to just go and eat something.

The best Special Margarita, made to order! I don't like things really sweet, so the waiter modified their recipe just enough to make my margarita PERFECT for me!

We found hair in our food. 😞 The French fries were good but the hair in our main dishes grossed me out. I couldn't eat it.

Havent eaten here in a while. Got beef fajitas !! They were DELICIOUS !!!

Service was ok, not great. About half of my wings had feathers on them still. The menu was priced wrong and I got overcharged even after i showed the waitress the price. The salsa was very watery and flavorless and the chips were greasy and unseasoned. I called to speak to manager voicing my concerns and was met with hostility. Never eating there again. And making sure that everyone I talk to about restaurants in Waterville, Maine knows that Cancun is a dump.

This place is confusing, not sure if it's a Mexican restaurant or a dance club. Food is good, and I guess waterville needs a club so it works

I requested xtra cheese in n on top of my chimichongas because of covid 19 have 2 do take out n when I didn't get it it i called back bcuz I was charged xtra 4 it n then I got hung up on horrible service not 2 mention the 6th time I went there they're food was so bad I threw up in they're restaurant I wrote it off as bad luck but now considering the service iv received when iv been a regular i will nvr go back

I very much enjoyed the outdoor seating on the sidewalk.Although it was Breezy it was a very nice seating area.The waiter was nice, professional, and efficient but a little shy and reserved.The nachos we ordered tasted good but were very soggy on the bottom. For a Mexican restaurant I would have expected just a little bit better, so I give four stars instead of five.The large size draft beer I ordered, I thought was a great value.

Food was good. Nice outdoor environment. Bathrooms weren't wonderful.

The food was delicious with very generous portions. I should have taken leftovers home but I couldn't stop eating. Excellent service, the waitress was very friendly and let us enjoy our meal but was also attentive to our needs.

Food was bad the meats were dry the waitstaff left us standing there wondering if we seat ourselves the atmosphere was uninviting not a place I would go back to very disappointed

Outside dining was great. Food was awesome, large portions, flavorful, fresh tasting. Complimentary chips and salsa. Margarita was bland though, and the waitress seemed overwhelmed. Looking forward to going again and trying something else from the menu.

Despite being short staffed, service was amazing food came quickly and the margarita was the bomb!

They need to get new DJ's. The ones they have are disrespectful when you request a song. They will tell you they will play it and then don't (happened with different DJ's on different occasions). Even telling them it was my birthday didn't make a difference.

We went there with a party of 25. 12 of which where from a 6th grade boys basketball team. 3rd time as a team. The speed of the service was fair for the amount of people. The food was very delicious. We had no complaints. We will be going again.

The new years celebration was amazing!

These guys are amazing. Food is always fresh and delicious. I am a tough critic too. I love to cook and if you ask those who love me they would tell you I can be hard to please. We order once a week or so and they never let us down. Prices are very fair, food is great and service is impeccable.

Good Food Cheese taste weird though but everything else was good

No sure what to say. Service was ok. Nothing special. Special Nachos were watery. I know, right? I think they used canned chicken. They were cold and had a puddle on the plate when we finished. The enchiladas and carnitas were good. Still can't get over cold wet nachos...

I have been coming here for years and the food is consistently amazing! Atmosphere is like a sports bar in a college town with pop music, but the serving sizes are amazing a d we had a great waitress the last time we were here! Def would recommend checking it out!

Drove an hour to have dinner and a couple drinks. Sat for a half hour at the bar and was never offered a menu or asked if I wanted food. I generally enjoy the place but tonight was a totalDisappointment. Hectior the owner is aGentleman, but unfortunately he can’t achieve consistency with his teams service.. it’s truly hit or miss.

Super fast service and great food!

There were 7 of us...steak was to be med rare...was well done. Vegetables were raw. Fajitas are supposed to be sauted and hot...they were cold with raw vegetables. Tacos were basically tastless. Sangrea wine should have fruit in it like apple, oranges or cherries...not just a slice of lemon. We wont be back!!!

A decent, authentic Mexican meal overall, and the wait staff was great. Dinner outside on a beautiful summer evening made it truly enjoyable. The only reason for 4 stars is that some of my companions didn't think their meals were great; mine was fantastic!

THE BEST MARGARITAS IN CENTRAL MAINE! They are very sweet but strong at the same time. Their food is equally as good.
